I have been in the fitness industry since 2006 and while my passion lies in free weight training, I have experience in many different fields of exercise.
I have worked with people from all different backgrounds and ages, wanting to achieve different goals. Whether it be weight loss, general fitness, muscle building, core conditioning, flexibility, postural correction, athletes competing at high levels or just being able to move without pain. I pride myself as the trainer that gets results.
Until recently I was overseeing
3 gyms
with a 10,000 membership base, running
several referral schemes and managing over
20 instructors as well as working full time
personal training hours. I was approached at
the beginning of 2015 by the Directors of
Middleton Sports Club and asked to oversee
their new gym and run Personal Training
there. I'm also a tutor and teach personal trainer courses at Worthing College.
There are many misconceptions when it comes to exercise and nutrition making it hard to know what to do, what to eat and when. Just by changing some very small and simple variables, you can make huge changes. Training with me not only ensures you achieve the body you want, but confidence that comes with it. I am extremely confident that no matter what your goal is, I will use my knowledge and experience to help you achieve it faster and safer whilst having fun all the way.
